All we need is your e-mail address and name to send you a proforma, we do not take your credit card details. Please select the products that you require, on receipt of your order we will send a proforma from Pay Pal to your e-mail address. Please Note : That there will be a 2% credit card charge for Pay Pal added to your proforma.
Any orders received via the Pay Pal order form will only be sent to the card holders address.
Postage and Freight
Please note that the delivery times do not include weekends or Bank holidays.
There are two ways that you can receive your order within the UK mainland areas :
GPO - standard parcel post with insurance - 5 to 7 days delivery.
Courier - next day delivery with insurance.
Please check that parcels delivered are not damaged, without writing on the delivery note that they are and what damage is present. As we cannot be held responsible, this is why we add carrier insurance just in case. This has never happened, but is drawn to your attention should this occur.
For orders outside of the mainland UK, Ireland, Isle of Sky please enquire about postage / freight costs. It is usually better to use GPO for these costs can be prohibitive, example Isle of Sky via Courier is £45-00 via GPO £13-50 - 4 to 5 days.
For orders in countries not within the EEC, VAT charges are exempt, please enquire for further details. Units can only be delivered to countries without VAT charges with an address that is outside of the EEC. Please note : that they cannot be delivered within the EEC when VAT exempt is applied / requested they will have to be sent to outside of the EEC.
